※ Depending on sales conditions on the day, purchase limits may be imposed on certain items.

◾️About the Merch Queue Ticket

At select shows of the "BAND-MAID WORLD TOUR 2026," venue merchandise queue tickets will be introduced in order to help reduce waiting times and ease congestion for customers purchasing merchandise.

At eligible shows, customers will be called according to their assigned queue number, helping to minimize the amount of time spent lining up and waiting.

We highly encourage customers to make use of the Merch Queue Ticket system.

 

Customers who:

• do not have a Merch Queue Ticket, or

• wish to purchase merchandise again

will also be able to purchase merchandise during the free sales periods on the day of the show.

 

■ About the Merch Queue Ticket Lottery

Applications and lottery registration have now closed.

Ticket limit: One ticket per person.

 

Eligibility: Only customers with a ticket for the performance on the day are eligible. Customers without a concert ticket will not be able to purchase merchandise even if they apply for a Merch Queue Ticket. Thank you for your understanding.

 

■ How to Apply for and Receive Your Merch Queue Ticket

• For customers using the LINE app

Merch Queue Tickets are issued through the LINE app (please download the app in advance).

Lottery results will be sent via the “LINE Mini App Notification” account.

 

• For customers without the LINE app

Customers using wallet functions (Apple Wallet / Google Wallet, etc.) may also obtain a Merch Queue Ticket through their device’s wallet feature.

Please note: Wallet functions do not include automatic call notifications.

Lottery results and detailed information will be sent to your registered email address, so please be sure to check your email.

 

■ Cancellations and Important Notes

About cancellations: Cancellations may be made during the application period.

Requests made after the application period has ended cannot be accommodated. Thank you for your understanding.

 

◾️About Free Admission

The following time slots will be open for free admission without a Merch Queue Ticket:

① From 3:00 PM onward

② During venue opening hours

③ After the performance

 

◾️Sales Restrictions

Due to space limitations at the merchandise area, customers without a concert ticket may not be permitted to purchase merchandise during venue opening hours or after the performance.

We recommend using the free pre-sale admission period.
